Please read these guidelines before you attend your first class Parents work with your own baby When practicing with your baby, never rush of force anything. If you feel stressed or tense just take a break and come back to it later. Always ensure that you feel safe, secure and confident with the way you are working with or holding your baby. Never do anything you feel uncomfortable with. If your baby is unwell, it’s best not to attend the massage class. If your baby is crying excessively and cannot be comforted don’t work on them. They are obviously not fancying it that day. We can try again next week. Sit back relax and watch the others while you comfort baby. Never practice on a distressed baby. It’s no fun for either of you. It is not recommended to practice on a baby less than 24hrs after immunisation and even then the injection site may be sore so avoid that area for a few days.
